How do I add my family?

With the Free or Basic plan, you can invite up to 3 persons to your family.

With the Premium subscription, you can add and invite as many people as you want. Each person gets a Basic plan for free. You can also add one additional person as Administrator and share your Premium benefits.

Sending Invitations:

1. Tap on the + menu and select “Send an Invitation”
2. Enter the contact information of the person you wish to invite
3. Verify the information and send the invitation

Accepting Invitations:

1. The person receiving the invitation will receive an email or SMS with an invitation link
2. The person must click on the link from their device (we only support iPhone for now)
3. Follow instructions:

• • If Collect’d is not installed on the device, the user will be asked to install it. The user will then need to register, and the invitation code will be automatically added. Once registered, you will be connected on each other’s Private Network.
  • If Collect’d is installed, it will open the app. Once logged in, the invitation will be automatically accepted, and you will be connected on each other’s Private Network.
  • Note that the invitation code is also provided in the invitation email or text.  From the app, the person can select "I have an invitation code" from the big + menu to accept the invitation.

Adding an Administrator to your account

• An Administrator has the same Premium benefits as the account owner. For example, 2 parents can be Administrators on the same account.
• To add an Administrator, the person must already be in your network (follow previous instructions to invite the person)
• Go in More > My Subscription to add the person as an Administrator
• The person will receive a notification and must accept the invitation to join your family account. Once accepted, you will both have all the same Premium benefits.
