How can I add information?

There are many ways to add information to your Collect’d account.  The best way depends on the type of information:

QuickPics: 

• QuickPics are great for remembering things like parking spots, receipts, recipes, screenshots, notes, and more.

• Instead of cluttering your Photos app with these types of pictures, take a QuickPic and let Collect’d help you better organize, access, and share these items.

SmartScan: 

• The best way to add IDs, smaller documents, coupons, etc. For all the information you use your phone’s camera for today, use Collect’d SmartScan and let AI do the hard work of organizing for you.

Upload File or Picture:

• For adding bigger documents or for pictures of information you already have mixed into your Photos or cloud storage accessible on your iPhone.

Import from other Apps: 

• You can use the Share control (standard in most IOS apps) to send the information to your Collect’d account.  For instance, if you are in Photos and select a picture, you can Share, select Collect’d and after login in, the information will be uploaded in your account.

Manual Entry:

• For manually adding information like passwords, notes, or any information that is not on a physical piece of paper or ID.

Password:

• Passwords are everywhere. By using directly the Password option, you save a few taps and start entering your password information directly.

Financial Accounts / Connected Accounts: 

• To manually add a Financial Account;
• or to Connect your financial accounts for automatic account balance updates, transactions and to set account balance alerts.

Forward Email:

• For adding information you received within an email. Simply forward the email to Collect’d inbox and it will be added to your account.  **You must register your email address with Collect’d before using it. When using the email forwarding, your email and attachments are added as one piece of information in your account.
